Buying a Ticket
When you purchase a ticket through The Old Bell Hotel the following conditions shall apply to your booking:
a) The information about the event or performance is correct at the time of submission to the website. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event or performance has been cancelled or rescheduled. We aim to make all reasonable attempts to promptly notify purchasers of any such events.
b) We reserve the right to ask for proof of purchase upon entry to events or performances.
c) We reserve the right to make adjustments and alter programmes, special offers and incentives at any time without notice.
In case of tickets being offered for sale at the wrong price online (ie higher or lower than tickets purchased on site or over the phone) The Old Bell Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund tickets and the correct prices are charged.
Once you have purchased a ticket through the website you will receive a confirmation of your booking sent to the details you have provided. When you enter these details into the website it is up to you to ensure they are accurate and correct.
All tickets purchased through The Old Bell Hotel require full purchase at booking to secure your tickets. We cannot reserve or hold tickets for you at a discount or on a ‘reserve now pay later’ basis. However, if this has been agreed with a member of our events team you will require written notification from us with terms of your payment.
Tickets purchased through The Old Bell Hotel are non-refundable/non-returnable except when an event has been cancelled. If a refund has been agreed, we are unable to give cash refunds. All refunds are processed via bank transfer. Deposits for room hire (£150-£250) are non refundable but are transferable to a future date dependant on availability. If a date is cancelled by the venue, a refund may be possible. Please speak to the venue direct. Full payment must be made for event 1 month prior and if cancelled within 1 month no refund would be entitled.
If you have mistakenly purchased tickets for the wrong event, we are able to exchange the value of your tickets purchased towards another event. If the event you are changing to is of a higher value additional payment will be required at the time of booking.
Exchanges are only applicable to events run by The Old Bell Hotel and cannot be applied to other events from 3rd parties that are advertised on our site.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings/tickets that we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently.
Special offers, discounts and concessions cannot be used together unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw any discounts or offers at any time. It is not possible to include tickets you have already bought in any future special offer.
At times we may offer tickets online at prices different to those first advertised.
Attending an Event
We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for behaviour which causes disruption, injury, nuisance or failure to comply with reasonable requests.
Special Requests & Dietary Requirements
If you have booked an event which includes food it is down to you to inform us in advance of your dietary requirements otherwise you may not be catered for. To guarantee your dietary requirements will be met please specify at booking. If your dietary requirements have not been specified you will be served the standard set meal selection.
We cannot guarantee changes to menu choices once the deadline has passed and menu choices cannot be changed at the event.
It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the date and time of your event, ensuring you arrive on time. You will be provided with suitable confirmation and information about your event.
Latecomers are allowed entry to the event in most cases but sometimes may have to wait until a suitable break in the performance.

However, The Old Bell Hotel and its employees will not be held responsible for any form of loss or misinformation occurred due to the use of or reliance upon the information on this site.
This website could include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. Frequent changes are made to the website which can happen to any areas at any time without notice.
The Old Bell Hotel cannot guarantee that access to the site will be uninterrupted or error free. We cannot guarantee that defaults will be corrected or that the site server is free of viruses or represents the functionality of the site. As part of our responsibility we aim to correct any issues and errors as soon as we are able.
