Operations Manager

Sean has been in the hospitality Industry for 6 years.He started his working life as a bar man, which he really enjoyed.  He quickly worked his way up and became an Assistant manager. When the opportunity came up for him to work in the fine dining restaurant Zest, he couldn’t turn it down, and has now been with us for 3 years.

He loves working at Zest and says “I love working a busy Saturday night and knowing all my customers are happy. When Zest moved to The Old Bell, it was a challenge, but very exciting and I am priviliedged to be part of such a great team”

When not in service, he spends his time at the gym or walking his dog, a Japanese Spitz called Ruby! He also claims to like Go-karting, but between work, the gym and his dog, where does he find the time?
